Plaza 2 is a residential development by Reportage Properties, built as a square-shaped, low-rise complex comprising a ground floor and five residential floors. The collection offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and four-bedroom apartments together with a limited number of four-bedroom townhouses. Facades follow a modern Arabian architectural language, softened by an Arabesque-inspired pattern, with the design conceived around energy-efficient principles, positioning Plaza 2 as a contemporary, environmentally conscious residential address.

Residents have access to a large swimming pool and a dedicated kids' swimming pool, set within a landscaped outdoor deck, along with a BBQ area for outdoor gatherings. A gymnasium supports an active lifestyle, while a double-height lobby and two large lifts serve the residential floors.
