The villas are arranged over a ground, first and second floor. Set on an elevated clifftop position within Aida, the collection is positioned as an exclusive, low-density residential offering with panoramic sea views forming part of its design intent. Each villa includes a private garden, an expansive terrace and an infinity pool overlooking the sea. Within Aida, residents also have access to a wider range of community amenities, including the Trump International Hotel and Trump International Golf Clubhouse, an 18-hole Trump Championship Golf Course, a wellness centre and fitness centre, swimming pools, children's splash areas, landscaped parks, hiking and mountain-bike trails, running trails, viewing decks, promenades, and plazas with cafés and restaurants.
