Project general facts Neptune, Interiors by Mouawad, is a limited collection of five-bedroom villas developed by DarGlobal, with interiors designed in collaboration with the House of Mouawad, the luxury jewelry house established in 1890. The villas are offered across nine layout types, each built around monolithic architectural forms, varying parapet heights, and elegant window boxes that draw on ancestral textures and colors. The design reflects a celestial-inspired aesthetic intended to evoke the brilliance and craftsmanship of fine jewelry. Residents have access to a range of community amenities, including schools, a community centre, a sports hub, restaurants and cafés, public parks, entertainment centres, early childhood centres, retail and grocery outlets, playgrounds, mosques, and healthcare clinics. Interiors are finished with porcelain floor tiles, refined wall coverings, and a palette of opulent creams across the majlis and family living areas. Each villa includes a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, additional bedrooms finished to the same standard, and an enclosed private terrace. The villas are delivered unfurnished.
